Giuseppe is a Manager of International Corporate Tax at The Wolf Group, with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting and international tax matters. He advises business owners, individuals, and companies on tax planning strategies to reduce their worldwide tax burden, as well as on US reporting requirements to stay in compliance with US tax laws.

At The Wolf Group, Giuseppe oversees delivery of US-international tax services to corporations, pass-through entities, and individual clients with ownership in foreign entities. He specializes in international entity reporting (Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 1118, 8990, 8992, 8975, 8938, and FBAR) and advises clients on GILTI planning, entity structuring, and matters related to foreign tax credits, FDII, §965 Transition Tax, §956, and Subpart F.

Before joining The Wolf Group, Giuseppe worked for international law firm Greenberg Traurig in Miami, conducting tax research and analysis, advising clients on domestic and international tax matters, and reviewing international tax filings. Prior to that, he worked both in US public accounting in Florida and as a Certified Chartered Accountant in Italy in the tax and auditing fields.

Outside of work, Giuseppe enjoys taking weekend get-aways with family, jogging, working out, and swimming. He also enjoys cooking Italian dishes and cruising through Miami Beach on his Vespa.
